Willem and Lies bought a monumental farmhouse from 1650 in 2019. The farm is in good condition, but not when it comes to energy efficiency. Willem and Lies try to renovate the farm as energy-neutral as possible within the financial possibilities they have. For the renovation, they use old techniques, such as clay, in combination with new materials and techniques.
